Natalie began working as an RN in 2005 in critical care. In 2012 she completed her Master of Science degree at the University of North Dakota and began working in family practice. In the summer of 2019, she decided to grow her skills in the dermatology portion of her practice and branch out into her own practice, providing aesthetic care. As her aesthetic practice grew, she decided to leave family practice after 10 years to focus exclusively on aesthetics in 2022. Developing relationships with patients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals has been very rewarding and has brought an enjoyable balance to her professional life.
Natalie enjoys collaborating with her husband Dr Derek Gustafson DDS to bring smiles to the faces of their mutual patients. In her spare time you will find her spending time with her 3 children which keep her very busy and she considers raising them to be kind and respectful individuals who love the Lord to be her greatest and most important job.
